Korean Fried Chicken Sauce with Dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Korean red pepper paste (gochujang)
- 1 tbsp Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) add more or less depending on spice level
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Corn Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
- 7-10 Frozen Dumplings
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, except for the frozen dumplings1 tbsp Korean red pepper paste (gochujang), 1 tbsp Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru), 1 tbsp Sugar, 3 tbsp Corn Syrup, 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced, 2 1/2 tbsp Ketchup, 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1/2 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
- Add cooking oil on a frying pan and turn the heat to medium high1 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
- Add the frozen dumplings, coating the bottom with the cooking oil7-10 Frozen Dumplings
- Fry it for 2-3 minutes or until light brown and cripsy
- Flip to the side and fry.
- When all sides and bottom are light brown and crispy, remove from the frying pan
- Remove excess oil from the frying pan
- Turn the heat on low and pour half of the sauce. Saute for one minute.
- Add the dumplings on the frying pan and pour the rest of the sauce on top.
- Coat all sides of the dumplings and you're done
