Air Fried Korean Cheese Corn Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 Small tin pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Canned or frozen corn (off the cob and water drained)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Onion, minced
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the corn, minced onions, mayonnaise, and sugar
    1 cup Canned or frozen corn (off the cob and water drained), 2 tbsp Onion, minced, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tsp Sugar
  • Butter the bottom and sides of the tin pan. Add the remaining butter into the pan.
    2 tsp Butter
  • Pour in the corn mixture into the pan
  • Top it off with mozzerella cheese
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Put it in the air fryer at 355 degrees farenhite for 10 mintues

Notes

Eat immediately
Be careful, the tin may be hot after cooking the cheese corn!
