In a small pot, drizzle the sesame seed oil and add the dried pollock.
2 tsp sesame seed oil, 1 oz dried pollock
Stir and saute for 3 minutes on medium low heat
Add water, tofu, garlic, and green onions. Boil for 5 minutes
2 stalks green onions, chopped, 1/4 tofu, cubed, 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 3 cups water
Add fish sauce, salt, or soy sauce and crack an egg into the soup (optional)
1 egg (optional), 2-3 tsp fish sauce, salt, or soy sauce
Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the egg and/or tofu are cooked
