Method
- In a pot, boil water and add tofu1 Pack of firm tofu
- Boil for 5 minutes
- Strain from the water and cut tofu into 1 inch squares
- In a pan, melt butter1 tbsp Butter
- Add kimchi and saute until slightly soft1 1/2 cup Kimchi, chopped
- Add pork or mushrooms and saute3-4 strips Bacon, pork belly, or spam.
- Add sugar and green onions and mix1 tsp Sugar, 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- When the kimchi is soft and pork is cooked, turn off the stove
- Add sesame seed oil and mix1 tsp Sesame seed oil
