Rinse the zucchini and cut into 1" coin-shape slices
1 Korean or other small zucchini
Lay them flat. Lightly sprinkle salt on top and let it sit for 5 mintues

On a plate, add flour
1/4 cup Flour (all-purpose, Korean flour, tapioca flour, etc)
On another plate, crack eggs and add 1/4 tsp of salt. Whisk to combine

Add cooking oil in a frying pan

Follow this step for each zucchini slices. First, coat it in flour. Second, coat it in egg (make sure it's fully covered in egg). Third, add it to the frying pan=
Flip when the bottom is lightly brown
Cook for another 2 minutes or until both sides are lightly brown
