Soak the meat in cold water for 20 minutes
2 lbs Short ribs
Drain the water and rinse the beef under cold water
In a large bowl, add a jar of marinade, sliced onions, green onions, and mushrooms.
1 onion, sliced long way, 4 green onions, sliced 2 inches long, 1 pack of king oyster mushroom, sliced long way
Place the meat in a large casserole dish or bowl, and pour over the sauce
Coat each slice of meat well
Let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hr, better if more
Cook on the stove or grill. Turn frequently to avoid burning.
