Method
- Steam or boil 6 eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.6 eggs, soft boiled and peeled
- Immediately place the eggs in an ice bath and allow them to cool for 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1-2 tbsp sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, and etc, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 white or yellow onion, chopped , 3 stalks of green onions, chopped , 3 cloves of garlic (optional), 3 green or red pepper (optional)
- Place the peeled eggs in an airtight container and pour the sauce over them.
- Refrigerate and allow the eggs to marinate for 4–6 hours before eating.

Consume Korean marinated eggs in 4-6 days
