Rinse and devein your seafood. Cut into bite sized pieces
In a mixing bowl, combine water, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
3/4 cup water or chicken broth, 3/4 cup Korean pancake or all-purpose flour, Salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Add in the chopped green onions and seafood. Mix until incorproated with the batter
1 cup Squid, oysters, and/or shrimps, 4 Green onions, chopped
In a small bowl, crack an egg and whisk
On a frying, drizzle cooking oil
Cooking oil
Scoop the batter on the frying pan and drizzle a spoonful of egg on top
1 Egg, beaten
Cook for 3-5 mintues or until the bottom is light brown and cripsy
Flip the pancake and cook for another 3-5 mintues or until it's brown and crispy.
Make sure the seafood is completely cooked!
