Rinse and peel the radish
1 Korean radish or Daikon radish
Use half of the radish. Use the entire radish for a larger quantity
Cut the the radish into matchsticks
In a bowl, add the radish and sprinkle salt to extract excess water. Let it sit for 5 mintues
Salt
Squeeze out any liquid from the radish. Taste to see if the salt level is okay. If too salty, rinse with cold water
In a separate bowl, mix garlic, chopped green onions, fish sauce, gochugaru, sweetner, and roasted sesame seeds
2 tsp Garlic, minced, 2 Green onions, 1 1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce, 1-2 tsp Gochugaru, Korean red pepper flakes, 2 tsp Sweetener, 1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
Pour the radish into the sauce and mix until well combined
