In a microwave-safe bowl, crack 4 eggs
4 eggs
Add stock or water
1 3/4 cup chicken stock, water, or vegetable stock
Add vegetables
2 tbsp green onions, chopped, 2 tbsp carrots, chopped
Add fish sauce, salty shrimp sauce, or soy sauce
2-3 tbsp fish sauce, salty shirmp sauce, or soy sauce
Add a drop or two of sesame seed oil
1-2 drops sesame seed oil
Mix until the ingredients are incorporated
Place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes
