Quick and Easy Steamed Eggs in Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup chicken stock, water, or vegetable stock
  • 2-3 tbsp fish sauce, salty shirmp sauce, or soy sauce add 2 tbsp if using chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1-2 drops sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbsp carrots, chopped

Equipment

  • 1 microwave safe bowl

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, crack 4 eggs
    4 eggs
  2. Add stock or water
    1 3/4 cup chicken stock, water, or vegetable stock
  3. Add vegetables
    2 tbsp green onions, chopped, 2 tbsp carrots, chopped
  4. Add fish sauce, salty shrimp sauce, or soy sauce
    2-3 tbsp fish sauce, salty shirmp sauce, or soy sauce
  5. Add a drop or two of sesame seed oil
    1-2 drops sesame seed oil
  6. Mix until the ingredients are incorporated
  7. Place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes
