In a shallow pan, saute chopped onion, minced garlic, bacon/ham, and sausage
Half an onion, 1/4 cup Bacon or ham, 6 Mini sausages, 1 tsp Garlic
Add milk/heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Milk or heavy cream + milk
Add salt and pepper to taste

Mix gochujang, gochugaru, and curry powder (optional)
2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes), 1/4 tsp Curry powder (optional)
Add rice cakes and chopped fish cakes
1 cup Rice cakes (cylinder shaped), 2 Sheets of fish cake
Cook until rice cake is soft to bite
Add more seasoning if needed
Turn off stove, mix in the cheese
