Rinse and drain your potatoes and remove any rotten ones
1 - 1.5 lb baby potatoes
In a shallow pan, add cooking oil and drained baby potatoes
1 - 1.5 lb baby potatoes, 2 tbsp cooking oil
Spread the potatoes out evenly
Cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, remove the lid and shake the pan to prevent potatoes from burning
Put the lid back on and wait another 5 mintues
Repeat the shake and lid on 4 times total or for 20 mintues total
Potatoes are ready when you can easily pierce through the bigger pieces
Lower the heat and add soy sauce and stir
4 tbsp soy sauce
Add cooking syrup or simple syrup and stir
4 tbsp cooking or rice syrup
Add minced garlic
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Add black peppers (optinoal)
cracked black pepper
When the sauce reduces, turn off the heat
Drizzle on sesame seed oil and seeds
3 drops sesame seed oil, 1 tsp rosted sesame seeds
