- 1 cup Water
- 1 1/4 cup Fresh or frozen rice cakes
- 2 tbsp Korean red pepper paste (gochujang)
- 1 tsp -1 tbsp brown sugar Start with 1 tsp and add more depending on your sweetness level
Using a pan, boil water
1 cup Water
Mix in Korean red pepper paste and brown sugar
2 tbsp Korean red pepper paste (gochujang), 1 tsp -1 tbsp brown sugar
Add the rice cakes and stir
1 1/4 cup Fresh or frozen rice cakes
Cook for 8-10 mintues or until the rice cakes are soft and sauce is thicker
