Method
- Add rice onto a non-stick pan3/4 cup warm short grain cooked rice
- On medium heat, getnly pat down the rice to make it thin
- Let it sit on the pan for 1 minute and gently shake the pan to loosen the bottom of the rice
- Cook rice for 7-10 minutes or until the bottom is cripsy and brown
- Seldomly pat down the rice
- Remove from the stove once bottom is brown and cool
- Sprinkle sugar while it's warm or dip with honey or rice syrup2 tbsp honey, rice syrup, or sugar
