Sweet Crispy Rice Snack

Try the easy to make sweet crispy rice snack using just 2 ingredietnts!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup warm short grain cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp honey, rice syrup, or sugar

Method
 

  1. Add rice onto a non-stick pan
    3/4 cup warm short grain cooked rice
  2. On medium heat, getnly pat down the rice to make it thin
  3. Let it sit on the pan for 1 minute and gently shake the pan to loosen the bottom of the rice
  4. Cook rice for 7-10 minutes or until the bottom is cripsy and brown
  5. Seldomly pat down the rice
  6. Remove from the stove once bottom is brown and cool
  7. Sprinkle sugar while it's warm or dip with honey or rice syrup
