Sweet Crispy Rice Snack

Try the easy to make sweet crispy rice snack using just 2 ingredietnts!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup warm short grain cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp honey, rice syrup, or sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add rice onto a non-stick pan
    3/4 cup warm short grain cooked rice
  • On medium heat, getnly pat down the rice to make it thin
  • Let it sit on the pan for 1 minute and gently shake the pan to loosen the bottom of the rice
  • Cook rice for 7-10 minutes or until the bottom is cripsy and brown
  • Seldomly pat down the rice
  • Remove from the stove once bottom is brown and cool
  • Sprinkle sugar while it's warm or dip with honey or rice syrup
    2 tbsp honey, rice syrup, or sugar
