Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Thinly sliced beef (Rib eye)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2.5 tbsp sweetner (sugar, corn syrup, etc) If using honey, add more than 2 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add the beef and mix with sweetner and garlic
    1 lbs Thinly sliced beef (Rib eye), 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2.5 tbsp sweetner (sugar, corn syrup, etc)
  • Let it marinate while chopping vegetables
  • Chop vegetables of your choice. I recommend using an onion, at least.
    2 green onions, chopped, 1/2 Onion, chopped, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • In the meat bowl, add sesame seed oil, soy sauce, and black pepper (optional)
    2 tsp Sesame seed oil, 1/3 cup soy sauce, black pepper
  • Let it marinate for 30 minutes to overnight or cook immediately
  • On a frying pan, add the meat and cook until cooked (no need to add oil)
