Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
100 grams Korean wheat noodles
In the meantime, make the bibim sauce and set it aside.
3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Rice vinegar, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp Agave, corn syrup, or honey, 1 tbsp gochugaru (Course Korean red pepper powder), 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil
When the water is boiling, the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
Drain the noodles and quickly rinse under cold water
Add the noodles to a serving bowl and mix with the bibim sauce. Top with garnishes of choice.
