Korean Spinach

Cloves of garlic, minced

Green onion, chopped

Soy sauce

Sesame seed oil

Roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Rinse the spinach and cut off justn the ends, not the stems
10 oz Korean Spinach
Squeeze out as much water as possible
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, green onions, sesame seed oil, and roasted sesame seeds
1-2 Cloves of garlic, minced,
1 Green onion, chopped,
1 tsp Soy sauce,
1 1/2 tsp Sesame seed oil,
1/2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
Combine the sauce with the spinach
