Korean Spinach Side Dish

A great and delicious way to enjoy spinach. Enjoy it as a side dish

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Korean Spinach
  • 1-2 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Rinse the spinach and cut off justn the ends, not the stems
    10 oz Korean Spinach
  2. Squeeze out as much water as possible
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, green onions, sesame seed oil, and roasted sesame seeds
    1-2 Cloves of garlic, minced, 1 Green onion, chopped, 1 tsp Soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp Sesame seed oil, 1/2 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
  4. Combine the sauce with the spinach
