In a mixing bowl, add sugar, salt, rice flour and/or tapioca flour, and water or milk
1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 cup sweet or glutonous rice flour, 1 tbsp sweet or glutinous rice flour, 1 tbsp tapioca flour, 0.97 cup water or milk
Mix until it looks like smooth white paste with no lumps. Add more water or flour if needed
In a frying pan, add a little cooking oil and round dollops of rice cake mixture using a spoon. Should fit 4-6 round dollops of batter.
1 tsp cooking oil
Flip after 1 minute or when the top looks a bit runny and matte. Bottom will be slighly brown.
Cook for another 1 min or until both sides are slightly brown
Serve with choice of sweet sauce
