I first came across the Home Cooking channel on YouTube of the simplicity of its dishes. I immediately fell in love with the rice cake and chocolate-dipped recipe because it looked so easy! And guess what?

It is!

The chocolate sauce was used in the video but I personally enjoy it with honey. Choose whatever sweet sauce you prefer!

The main star of the recipe is glutinous rice flour or sweet rice flour. You can get it from some mainstream grocery stores and at most Asian markets. I have a bag at home at all times because you never know when you can make a simple dish like this.

The outside is crispy while the inside is chewy. Give the rice cake dessert with sweet sauce a try!
