A Korean sandwich that was the craze! Started with the famous Korean restaurant, Egg Drop (hence the name). It was so popular it appeared on one of Korea’s popular dramas, Hospital Playlist.

The sandwich is great to have for breakfast, as a snack, lunch, etc.

Korean Egg Drop Sandwich Recipe

My favorite Korean sandwich that's sweet and savory. Great to have any time of the day or night!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Slice of bread
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Omit for non-spicy version
  • 1 Slice of ham or bacon
  • 1 Slice of cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Milk or heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Spread butter on both sides of the bread
    1 Slice of bread, 1 tbsp Butter
  • Toast both sides of the bread on a pan or toaster until crispy and golden brown
  • In a small bowl, mix mayo, condensed, milk, and Sriracha (optional)
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Condensed milk, 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • Spread the mixture on one side of the bread
  • On a pan, heat up both sides of the ham or bacon
    1 Slice of ham or bacon
  • Add the ham on the bread
  • Add cheese
    1 Slice of cheese
  • In a bowl, whisk cracked eggs and milk/cream
    1 tbsp Milk or heavy cream, 2 Eggs
  • Scramble the egg mixture
  • Spoon the scrambled egg on the toast
  • Drizzle with condensed milk and sprinkle dried parsley
    1/4 tsp Dried parsley
